I would appreciate if novotel could at least find out why and try to solve my pending e-voucher hotel with since the payment already deducted from my credit card the day before. I believe novotel have contact person with and could resolve this matter quickly without troubling the guest. Then we were allotted an executive suite, after much argument. We could not sleep the whole night as there was a wedding in the hotel and there was a party in the room above. Till 4 am in the morning we were awake and had to threaten to call the police to get them to shut off the music.
